While Pure Barre started changing lives and the fitness industry in 2001, it did not reach me until 2012. I was working 60+ hours a week running a law practice and no longer had the time to do my 90 minutes of power yoga + 30 minutes of cardio. I needed something more efficient that checked a lot of boxes for physical and mental health. I remember my first Pure Barre class; I had no idea what to expect, but fell in love. I started teaching classes soon after, and then started to work for Pure Barre corporate as a Master Teacher Trainer, traveling the country and running trainings. I purchased the Downtown and West Ashley locations in 2017, and since have grown an incredible community with hundreds of inspiring members alongside my superwomen staff.
